Venue: William’s

Well, Slushers really pulled out all the writing stops last night! What fantastic children’s stories from Michele (atmospheric and engrossing), William (fun and very original) and Karen (we can't wait to hear more)—and another wonderful autobiographical memoir from Hugh.

Write a short story, maximum 2000 words, for children aged about 9 - 14 years, including the word ‘fumble’.

Fumble Story

by Karen Goldrick

A short story for younger readers about a cat which lives in a tunnel. Unfortunately does not contain the word fumble... yet.
