Well, an alternate history proved too much of a challenge to most Slushers—except Karen, who had a well thought out ‘what if the Roman Empire never fell?’ contemporary detective story. Peter Miller celebrated his return with a good ‘heckle—and suggested that everyone try to get one published in the Sydney Morning Herald.
